1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

• Technical Errors: In the event of technical glitches or errors occurring during the payment process.
• Service Unavailability: If a diagnostic service becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable after your payment is processed.
• Test Cancellation: If you cancel a test within the specified cancellation period.

2. Refund Process

Provide the necessary details, including your order number, contact information, and the reason for requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund process. No refund will be processed in cash.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued for completed tests or services rendered.

Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made outside the specified cancellation period.

No voluntary cancellation is allowed once a procedure or test has started.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a test up to two (2) days before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

5. Processing Time

Please allow three to four working days for the processing of refunds.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction or any other method as decided by the company.
